By downloading, installing, or using StreamVerse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

StreamVerse is a mobile streaming application that enables users to:

• Broadcast live video content to multiple streaming platforms simultaneously
• Connect and manage accounts on YouTube, Twitch, Kick, and other supported platforms
• Customize streams with overlays, alerts, and interactive features
• Access stream analytics and performance metrics

3. Account Registration

To use StreamVerse, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Third-Party Platform Integration

StreamVerse connects with third-party streaming platforms. By using these integrations, you agree to:

• Comply with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines
• Authorize StreamVerse to access your platform accounts for streaming purposes
• Accept that we are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms

You can disconnect any platform integration at any time through the app settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use StreamVerse to:

• Stream illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you stream using StreamVerse. We do not monitor or control the content of your streams. You retain all rights to your content, but grant us a limited license to process and transmit it as necessary to provide the service.

7. Subscription and Payments

StreamVerse offers various subscription tiers:

• Free tier with limited features
• Paid subscriptions processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app stores

8. Intellectual Property

StreamVerse and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StreamVerse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

StreamVerse is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Third-party platform availability is beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or reputation.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of StreamVerse after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of StreamVerse will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
